Margaret Sanger described black people as:
“Reckless breeders…spawning…human beings who never should have never been born.” Pivot of Civilization
“Genetically inferior…Human weeds” The Need of Birth Control in America 1925
Margaret Sanger declared war on "unwanted" children with her motto, "every child a wanted child." Should a person’s right to live depend on someone wanting them?
F A C T S & S T A T SOn January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion through all 9 months of pregnancy. 1
Since abortion was legalized in 1973, the lives of over 51 million pre-born babies have been extinguished. 2 At least 13.85 million of these abortions were African American babies. 3 We know this estimate is low because, with a few exceptions, no abortion data is available for Alaska, California, Oklahoma, West Virginia, and New Hampshire in years before 2004. White women are 61% of the female population and account for 36% of all abortions, black women are 14% of the female population and have 30% of abortions, and Hispanic women are 15.8% of the female population and have 25% of abortions. 4,5 Over 37% of African American pregnancies end in abortion.6 Abortion is the leading cause of death among African Americans. In fact, you can stack deaths from HIV-AIDS, violent crime, accidents, cancer, and heart disease one on top of the other and still not come close to the 13.85 million black babies that have died by abortion since 1973. 7 Abortion has reduced the African American population by 33%. 8,9 Between 1882 and 1968, 3,446 Negroes were lynched in the United States. 10 That number is surpassed within 3 days by abortion. Abortionists snuff out the lives of approximately 1,219 African American children each day. 11,12 1 Doe vs. Bolton, U.S. Supreme Court, Jan 1973.*│2 Guttmacher Institute. 2005.│3 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 2007.│4 U.S. Census Bureau. 2009.│5 Guttmacher Institute.
