How can the Catholic church believe the Bible and their own teachings which contradict each other?

They don't contradict each other, but the writers of this site would love you to believe they do. Fact is that Jesus and the writers of the bible tell us to use biblical teaching and tradition. 2 Thessalonians 2:15: So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.
1 Cor. 11:1-2 Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. Now I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I delivered them to you. A problem I have with people like the ones who run this site is that they promote sola scriptura, but deny verses in scripture that contradict them. Jesus said to Peter that you are caiphas, and on this rock i will build my church. Caiphas means rock in hebrew, and Peter was named caiphas by Jesus, and then Peter became the Pope of the Catholic church, where he began the practices of preforming mass, confession, etc, as did the other disciples of Christ.

The problem is that Roman Catholic tradition nullifies the Word of God which Jesus spoke against: "So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God." Matthew 15:6.

This is a great question Johnny. The goal of my Catholic page is to encourage my Catholic friends to ask themselves these types of questions. But they choose to have someone else to their thinking for them which saddens me.
